New shops now have a more reliable first-login and password-setup path. Owner access, shop linkage, and admin handoff are more consistent, so getting from setup into the right admin experience is clearer and safer.
Clearer route handoff into admin
We improved route containment and handoff behavior so setup and deployment flows lead more cleanly into the admin experience. This helps reduce confusion between the customer-facing booking site and the internal control area.
Safer client import preview and review
Client import preview handling is now more reliable for real-world spreadsheet exports, including better header detection, cleaner placeholder handling, and safer review paths for duplicate or shared-contact cases.

Google review link and QR support
Bladezy now supports a cleaner path for using a Google review link and QR code in the admin experience, making it easier to guide clients toward reviews through a simple, owner-friendly setup flow.
More flexible booking timing controls
Booking controls now support longer service durations, service-level prep time before appointments, buffer time after services, and clearer minimum booking notice settings. These changes help shops protect their schedule without changing the customer-facing service length.
Managed SMS readiness and activation workflow
Bladezy now has a clearer managed SMS review and activation path. Shops can move through a safer readiness check, activation status is easier to understand, and owner-facing SMS status is clearer in plain language.
