Review & Accept Terms

This Bladezy Platform Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Bladezy ("Company") and the purchasing barbershop or barber ("Client") upon purchase of the Bladezy platform.

By purchasing or using Bladezy, Client agrees to the following:

1. Platform Overview

Bladezy provides a hosted barbershop operating system designed to assist with:

• Booking & Scheduling
• Client Management
• Business Intelligence
• Automation & Notifications
• AI Assistant & Growth Insights
• Barber Performance Intelligence

Bladezy provides and maintains the infrastructure required to operate your system. Bladezy is licensed software, and Client is purchasing ongoing use of a hosted Bladezy system, not ownership of the software or infrastructure.

2. Platform Usage Scope

Your purchase grants you ongoing use of your Bladezy platform instance for the licensed shop location.

Client receives:

• One Bladezy platform instance
• One barbershop location
• Multi-barber support within that location

The purchase does not transfer ownership of Bladezy software, infrastructure, servers, databases, or hosted services.

Multi-Barber Clarification

Multi-Barber includes:

• Multiple barbers
• One physical shop
• Shared scheduling platform

Multi-Barber does not include:

• Multiple locations
• Franchises
• Separate businesses

Additional locations require additional licenses.

You may use a Bladezy-provided subdomain or connect your own domain.

3. Founding Barber Program

Clients participating in the Founding Barber Program acknowledge:

• Slots are limited
• Benefits may evolve
• Early access features may change
• Founding status applies to the original location only

Bladezy reserves the right to evolve the Founding Program.

4. AI Assistant Disclaimer

Bladezy may include AI-powered insights and automation.

Client acknowledges:

• AI recommendations are suggestions only
• Business decisions remain Client responsibility
• Results are not guaranteed
• AI features may evolve over time

Bladezy is not responsible for business decisions made using AI insights.

5. Data Ownership & Portability

You retain ownership of your business data.

Client data includes:

• Client data
• Appointment data
• Barber information
• Services and pricing

Bladezy retains ownership of:

• Software
• Platform infrastructure
• AI systems
• Technology

Client grants Bladezy permission to store and process data for platform operation.

You may request export of your data at any time.

6. Messaging Compliance

Bladezy may provide:

• SMS reminders
• Email notifications
• Automated outreach

Client is responsible for:

• Customer consent
• Messaging compliance
• Applicable laws

Bladezy is not responsible for messaging misuse.

7. Platform Updates

Bladezy is an evolving platform. Client acknowledges:

• Features may evolve
• UI may change
• Improvements may be deployed

Updates are part of platform growth.

8. Platform Availability

Bladezy aims for high uptime but does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation

Maintenance and updates may occur.

9. Support Scope

Included:

• Onboarding
• Setup assistance
• Platform support

Not included:

• Custom development
• Business consulting
• Marketing services

10. Payments

Bladezy purchases may include:

• One-time platform purchase
• Optional AI subscription
• Optional add-ons

Payment terms are defined at purchase.

11. Refund Policy

Because Bladezy includes setup, refunds may not be available after deployment begins. Refunds are determined at Bladezy discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bladezy is not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Client loss
• Barber turnover
• Business performance

Bladezy is a business tool, not a guarantee of results.

13. Termination

Bladezy may suspend access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse occurs
• Illegal activity is detected

14. Future Services

Bladezy may introduce:

• AI modules
• Growth tools
• Additional features

Some features may require additional fees.

15. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing Bladezy, Client acknowledges agreement to these terms.
