Bladezy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. We may remove, disable, or restrict access to content that we reasonably believe infringes the rights of others, and we may suspend or terminate users associated with repeat infringement where appropriate.

How to Submit a Notice

If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to Bladezy’s designated copyright contact that includes:

1. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
2. identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
3. your contact information;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and
6. your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, Bladezy may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly upload or make available content that is subject to valid infringement complaints.
